This retreat is lead by Dr. Paloma Enmei Martinez-Cruz and Rev. June Ryushin Kaililani Tanoue.

We enthusiastically welcome women of all ages and orientations to join us on this brave exploration that cultivates the authentic expression of our true nature. The retreat will include:

  • Contemplative traditions of Zen and walking meditation
  • Council circle: speaking and listening from the heart
  • Sacred Hawaiian dance of Hula
  • Native medicine
  • Theatre
  • Writing
  • Body and energy work

We will celebrate our inherited wisdom, look within at voices that dis-empower us, and with that knowledge, strengthen our self-care and liberation.
